The Cracker Barrel
I promised to share one of my most favorite stops on the way to Florida and this store is on the top of the list.
**What Do I Like About It?
You can never get bored with these stores. They have so much neat stuff to browse through. And I have done a fair bit of Christmas shopping in these stores as well. Off the top of my head, I brought Britt a Blue Jays (baseball) clock for her bedroom wall. She’s a huge baseball fan and the clock just jumped out at me. I even managed to pick up a “Cracker Barrel” Christmas tree ornament… shaped just like, what else but a barrel!
On one occasion I just had to buy this battery operated pet that runs around inside a
paper bag. Yes, Britt thought that I was nuts, but hey, it was cute. And then there are the Moon Pies I once picked up on the way home for her brother. No, chances are if I go into a Cracker Barrel, I don’t come out empty handed. Next on my list… one of those famous rocking chairs!
