Colonial Lake in Charleston is the perfect spot to enjoy a bit of nature. There is a sidewalk that winds around the man made lake with plenty of benches to provide a place to enjoy the scenery. Or a jog around the lake might be perfect for a summer afternoon…

Did you know that Sumter, South Carolina has the largest Gingko farm in the world. There are about a zillion uses for Gingko, but the latest studies are pointing towards a treatment for Alzheimer’s disease, but there is still a lot of research to be done.
