One of the best things about the south is their beaches and hopefully with a little work, I can tone up before I step onto one of them. Did I ever tell you that my daughter does sit-ups every night and she has a flat stomach! If it can work for her, it can work for me.
It must be something to do with getting older and not working quite so hard at it. Yeah, that must be it!
