Louisiana Ready to Distribute Evacuation Maps
“With just over two weeks before the beginning of the 2006 Atlantic hurricane season, Louisiana is ready to hand out maps showing the best routes for fleeing a big storm this year. Governor Kathleen Blanco and others will take part in a news conference later this morning to announce the distribution of this year`s hurricane evacuation maps.”
Actually, I have been reading articles from a lot of different sources in the south. People are getting edgy as the hurricane season approaches. And I can’t say that I blame them. It’s only a few weeks away.
