Fashionable Traveling… Living in Pareos
I picked up one of these while on vacation a few years ago and positively lived in it. You can pull on your bathing suit in the morning, wrap one of these around yourself, pull on a pair of flip flops and you are done! I only wish that I could do that all summer long… in the north. Just doesn’t happen unfortunately, but while on vacation… take advantage!!
In the south… it’s all about being comfortable!! And stylish too ;)

I love these, too. But — I can never figure out how to tie them. I always get instruction when I buy it, and usually a handout so that I can do it at home. Still, once I’m home, I can never make it work.

I picked up a book while in Martinique a few years ago. There’s about a zillion ways to tie it. I also picked up a wooden holder that you thread the ends through. It looked like a colorful fish and helped make the pareo stay in place quite nicely. Looking forward to going back so I can pick up more. Who needs clothes??
