I don’t know about you, but I tend to always lose something while on vacation. And more often than not, it’s my sunglasses, so, for that reason, I’m choosing a pair of sunglasses that are gorgeous enough to want to wear and inexpensive enough not to mind losing.
If I manage to bring them home with me… even better

I leave on Saturday and I have been given strict rules about how much to pack. I am notorious about packing everything I MIGHT need and this usually means a lot of luggage. That might not be so bad when we are driving, but that’s not the case this time. We are flying which makes it even harder to know what to leave behind. Hopefully, you are going to find some time to simply lounge around a pool while you are on vacation in the Southern Byways and this outfit definitely works for me. You know that the minute that you relax, someone will come to the door… or the pool guy shows up.
The outfit would also work quite nicely for those afternoons when you are strolling along the beach without a care in the world. Ahhh, it won’t be long now. I can almost smell the scent of the ocean!

This is always one of my biggest worries. How do the natives dress? Okay, to some of you this might sound bizarre, but the last thing you want to look is either under-dressed or over-dressed while on vacation. This is pretty close to perfect and I will tell you below the photo.

You Can Never Have Too Many!

Call me a baby, but my feet are sensitive. I can’t even remember the last time I went barefoot. So, when it comes time to pack for my trips south, I toss in a lot of flip flops. They don’t take a lot of space and they can be worn around the pool… hey the cement is rough!
I also like them for wandering along the beach when I am searching for sea shells. If they get wet, I really don’t care.
A trip south is all about having fun!
