Another view of a tornado, but this time up close and personal. And note how dark it suddenly gets as you watch this video. That is exactly what my husband described as he tried to outrun our first tornado. Thankfully he arrived home safely.

Twisted as it may sound (no pun intended there), a part of me has always wanted to watch a tornado. I don’t need to be close to it, but somewhere that I’m safe but can still have a view, would be perfect.

I know exactly what you mean! We have had two hurricanes go through Florida since we bought a house there but I was away for both of them. I have to admit that something in me would love to sit in the house and watch the hurricane.
And then I watch the coverage on TV from up here and maybe that’s close enough!
