- Gather around and listen closely, because there are going to be some stories told in Pigeon Forge. On February 7-9, storytellers from around the country will convene in the town for the 17th Annual Smoky Mountain Storytelling Festival.
- Inn at Dos Brisas in Brenham, Texas, has recently become a member of Relais & Châteaux luxury hotels portfolio. This is the only hotel in the Lone Star state to receive this distinction.
