According to Forbes, this house has topped the list for the last two years and it’s not hard to see why. You are getting a lot of bang for the buck. But that buck is nothing to sneeze at. This little beauty in Palm Beach will set you back a cool 125 million. But just look at all of that white sand, the tennis courts and the swimming pool! The beach I would use for collecting sea shells. And just in case you are wondering, the property has 18 bedrooms, 20 plus bathrooms, an eight car garage and that swimming pool is 100 feet in length.
And for those of you who are thinking about buying this year, if you want a deal, stay away from the waterfront. That is going to push up the price of the property really quickly. But living in the south is all about living close to the water, unless there is a hurricane!
The only thing more astonishing than the estate’s 20-plus bathrooms is its $125 million price tag. That is not only the highest ever asking price for a private residence in the United States, but also more than triple what Trump paid for the home in 2004.
