At least once while in the south, you will likely head for the beach, so be prepared to protect yourself from the sun. You can take this with you and it should fit quite nicely into the trunk providing you with protection from the sun as you play away the day. For this super simple dessert, you are going to need:
* one box of Jell-O… I like margarita flavor
*8 ounce container of Cool Whip
*1/3 cup boiling water
*graham cracker crust
*plain vanilla yogurt
Dissolve jello using boiling water… be sure that you thoroughly dissolve the gelatin. If you are in too much of a hurry, the gelatin becomes gritty and people will noticed that you screwed up. Yup, been there and done that!! Allow to cool for 30 minutes and then add yogurt and Cool Whip. Pour over prepared shell and transfer to refrigerator to set.

I picked up one of these while on vacation a few years ago and positively lived in it. You can pull on your bathing suit in the morning, wrap one of these around yourself, pull on a pair of flip flops and you are done! I only wish that I could do that all summer long… in the north. Just doesn’t happen unfortunately, but while on vacation… take advantage!!
In the south… it’s all about being comfortable!! And stylish too

1. Cherokee Falls Bridge in Blacksburg… a man was hung there thanks to his wife. Apparently you can hear his cries while others have seen him with burn marks on his throat.2. Brattonsville Battlefield… you can feel and hear people here. I wonder what it feels like to “feel” a ghost hovering close by??

Although the Tennessee native Rachel Smith did not win the Miss Universe Pageant, you have to be amazed at her poise last night. These young women train for months and months and the possibilites of a fall has to be on the minds of every one of those women. It brings to mind a pageant that I was in… many moons ago. I was told later by one of the judges, that my third place finish was because I looked down as I descended the staircase.
