I can’t remember the last time we actually had pie for dessert, but apparently this one below is very southern and it does look awfully good.
Here are the ingredients…
• 1 qt. strawberries
• 2 Tbsp. flour
• 1 c. sugar
• ½ pt. whipping cream
• 1 pkg. Philadelphia crème cheese
• 1 baked pie shell
And perfect way to finish up a late night dinner around the pool.

There are a lot of times when we just don’t feel like going out while on vacation and it certainly saves a lot of money if you can eat at your vacation home. And is here anything better than burgers, especially when you can change the toppings, the fillings and what they are served in. No, I don’t think so. Served around a pool, I think that I could happily live on burgers.

I would far sooner simply fly down to Florida when we go on holidays, but the car rental just kills you. But I just found this list of little tricks and I’m going to have to see just how much I can save. Did I ever tell you that I just HATE sitting in a car of any period of time over one hour! I have this restless leg thing going on and it doesn’t take place on a plane. I wonder why??
